The redesdale.com website provides a range of wine, accommodation and tourism services to browse, consider, review, purchase and book online. While all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the information on this site, or downloaded from this site, is accurate and up to date, Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd maintains the right to update or change any information at any time, without notice to users. Subject to any terms implied by law, and which cannot be excluded, Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct or indirect) incurred by you as a result of any error or omission or misrepresentation in any information in this site.

This site and all its content, including text, photographs, files, graphics are governed by the laws of copyright and intellectual property. Anyone accessing this site is entitled to view or download any part of it. However, the content may not be used or reproduced (in whole or part) for any other purpose without the prior approval of Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd. All brand/product references contained in this site, or in the source of this site, are owned and registered by their respective companies.

These conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Wine Ordering Conditions

For any wine ordered through redesdale.com, the sale is made direct between the vineyard, Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd and the customer, via the internet, in much the same way as any other mail order sale. Wineries are not allowed to sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old. If the wine couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately the couriers will be unable to leave the wine.

Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges are as quoted in the online system. We accept Visa and MasterCard, alternative payments can be made, see form or email before ordering online for more details.

Delivery of Goods
Anyone at the specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

Breakages
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds will only be given once the damaged goods are returned to our store.

Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked or not of merchantable quality when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case for a refund or a replacement. We will refund you as soon as the wine is received.

Accommodation Booking Conditions

Any booking made with Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd via the website (www.redesdale.com), or by phone, fax or other means is conditional to the client having fully read and understood the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings made through the online booking system require 100% payment upon booking.

It is essential that bookings are paid in full prior to guests arrival, in order for access codes, instructions or keys to be issued. Payments can be made by MasterCard or Visa. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Most properties have a 2 night minimum booking. Long weekends and public holidays often require longer. Please check on each property page for associated prices.

Check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation.
We also ask that you be mindful of your water usage during your stay.
As one or more of the properties are working farms and vineyards etc, by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, guests stay and utilise the facilities and amenities at each farm, property or location at their own risk.

Guests - You must tell us if you have extra guests stay with you at the property, even if it is only for one night. All prices are based on the number of guests staying at the property. All people over the age of 2 years of age, that sleep in the beds provided are counted as a guest. Infants sleeping in their own port-a-cots do not incur a charge.

Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for failure of utilities, essential services or appliances such as electricity and water should they cease to function. However, should it be made known during your stay, we will make every attempt to contact the appropriate authorities or people responsible in an effort to rectify the problem. We will not give you a discount on the rental if we cannot arrange a repair during your stay.

While every effort has been made to describe the property accurately, we do not accept responsibility for any differences between the description and the actual property or if the accommodation that you choose does not 'meet' your style. To reduce the risk of this happening, please study the pictures and description of the property on this website, and request further details before you book.

If any key, lock, security device or other goods belonging to a rental property is lost or damaged, payment to repair/replace the item is the responsibility of the guest.

Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd may at any time cancel your booking if in our sole discretion there are reasons which require us to do so. If this happens we will give you a full refund of all monies that you may have paid and we will have no further liability to you.

In the event that a property is not left in a reasonably clean, neat and tidy state upon departure, the guests agree to an excess cleaning charge. For example, cleaning up any excess sand, dirt, mud from floors; all dishes to be cleaned and all items back in their original places; all furniture to be returned to its original place; spillages are cleaned and any serious stains are reported. Please note that all linen is sent away to be commercially laundered, so please don't put in washing machine before you leave.

In the event that any property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear, or in the event that property belonging to the accommodation owner is lost or taken during the course of booking - Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date -- full refund less fees & charges up to $100.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days to arrival date -- full refund less fees & charges up to $100 only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again. If the dates of the booking are not rebooked, then 50% of the full amount is retained by Redesdale Estate Vineyard Pty Ltd.

It is the guests responsibility to read all terms and conditions prior to making a booking.
